Giving up smoking is generally considered very difficult. Have a combination of actual physical desire and passion will have to deal with psychological, it's not really surprising that many people who decide to quit smoking fail on their first attempt. One of the most difficult issues that affect many smokers is how to manage cravings. This fear is one of the main reasons that prevent many people from quitting smoking or even trying.
